About All Phase Contracting

I was born and raised on a Minnesota farm which jump started my passion for all things country at an early age. Growing up around cattle, hay bales, horses and pickup trucks it was inevitable that I would develop a passion for rodeoing horses and showing cattle. I spent most of my childhood surrounded by farm animals and enjoying every minute of it. After college, I joined the family construction business in the payroll department. A few years working for my family and I finally courageously followed my dreams and headed for Texas to ride horses professionally. 10 years and two wonderful daughters later I finally moved back to Minnesota to be near family. Working with family definitely has its challenges, but we have a strong, stable foundation as a family and truly enjoy spending our work days together. We have a blast doing it! Believe it or not, we even spend our free time together! I believe life should be colorful and bright, there is enough darkness in the world, and a little laughter goes a long way. I’m proud to not only be a part of such an amazing company, but also such a remarkable family. This is so much more to me than just a job and a business, it is my family.
