This project was the beginning of a great relationship with PCi Roads, LLC. that still continues today. All Phase Contracting, Inc. removed concrete aprons, manholes, catch basins along with constructing several drainage structures, adjust frame and ring, and inlet protection. This was one of our first major projects that we completed. PCi and MnDOT were very impressed with the quality of work that we completed along with our promptness on this project.
